ATTENTION AUSTRALIAN SURGEONS AND DATA MANAGERS – DO NOT ENTER CASES

The Australian Qualified Privilege (QP) Lapsed on 12 JUNE 2025. A new application was submitted in February. Our initial communication with the QP office indicated that the application review would be complete by mid-August 2025. We recently sought an update on the application, unfortunately the QP office is unable to provide an update on the applications progression or timeline. We will update as soon as we hear anything. We ask that Australian Surgeons and Data Managers continue to refrain from entering cases during this lapse. You can view/edit existing cases but please do not add a new episode or patient. Any cases entered during the lapse will not be covered by Qualified Privilege.
